Meet Mikko
1.5 to 2 yrs old
Boxer/Bulldog mix
Has some skin allergies and will require a hypo allergenic diet. Lamb or fish. Mikko also has some hip Dysplasia that is managed with supplements and regular walks.
Here is what his foster mom says about Mikko…….
“Mikko, Is a shy and timid boy. He prefers to make the first move to meet you, rather than being approached. He doesn’t really pay attention to other dogs while we’re walking, but does want to pull away for squirrels and rabbits . Mikko needs a slow introduction to people, and needs to know he can trust you. Will let you know when he needs to go outside. And loves his nylabones”
At this time we feel Mikko would do best in a calm quiet home, minimal stairs ,no small children or other dogs, no cats! no rabbits!
A fenced yard is a must.
He does have some hip issues and may require some follow up medical care in the future. We have been keeping him fairly quiet so he had a chance to settle in and perhaps let his body heal. We do not know much about him other than he came in from a northern community.
He is 80 lbs of your best buddy once he knows you.
His adoption cost is $600 includes deworming, vaccinations, & neuter
