Cant beleive no one is interested in this lovely girl?????
We have asked for only dog homes in the past and found amazing placements. Rowan will thrive and come out of her shell with a calm but active human!!! 🐾❤
She has insecurities but will make a wonderful bond with the right people. She needs to find her place in this world.
She is looking for a new home with patient & active people.
A fenced yard , and as the ONLY dog.
She was born February 17 2020, currently weighs around 76lbs and as best we know, she’s a boxer/bullmastiff/bulldog mix. Rowan is spayed, up to date on her shots including Bordetella
She is nervous around people but can be very affectionate once she’s used to you. She likes to play from fetching toys, tug of war and chasing a laser pointer. She absolutely adores carrots and apples too, watch out for those puppy eyes when you have them. Rowan also will happily chew on antlers/bones/etc but there’s been no case of her chewing on things she shouldn’t like furniture or shoes.
Rowan is crate trained and will go into it fairly well though has had a history of shredding any bedding in the crate. She’s pretty good about some commands like Sit and Paw (shake paws) while she can be stubborn about Come. Rowan will also happily snuggle under the covers with you if you want or cuddle on the couch.
She readily accepts having her booties put on and will go on long walks with you. While her nervousness does show when she’s walking (avoids people or loud/sudden noises), she almost never pulls on the leash. Rowan also does very well in the car. She will get into and out of the back seat easily and generally just likes bouncing between the windows to watch what’s happening around her with no barking or growling. She does like putting her head out the window!
