We are so happy to have adopted Tessa from such a great Rescue and foster family. Tracy deserves a great deal of credit for the difficult job she is doing. Angie and her family are obviously an exemplary foster family. The carefulness with which these adoptions take place should be how all Rescues are run. We are lucky to have been chosen to be Tessa’s new family!
