Jax is a 2 yr old neutered, male, flashy boxer! He is a little love….. very sweet
He loves people and is easily attached. He wants to be around you all the time and so far is eager to please.
This boy would do best with small dogs or slow. proper intro with other dogs in the home, he is a jumper so a 6 foot, secure fence is a must.
He is crate trained but does exhibit signs of anxiety when left alone or left in the crate.
This is a little boxer around 50 lbs, needs a experienced owner.
We also recommend no small children as Jax was surrendered due to a bite to a child (over food).
Cats he likes to chase.
We are hopeful that someone with experience and patience will want to adopt Jax….. he is beautiful and deserves a chance to be a happy, balanced Boxer!
Currently he is in Selkirk, Mb and being cared for by another rescue.
Our rescues will work together to make sure Jax finds a wonderful forever new home……..

I have an application with Marta. … and would love a dog like Jax. But we live near Edmonton. ….. no cats, acreage, previous boxer owner…. 2 via BRC, and one puppy through Berlane Boxers. No children…. just the occasional visiting grandpuppy and grand child. All with dog experience. Would love to hear if Jax would be transportable.
I am not sure we would adopt Jax out of province as he is a dog that needs support. You can inquire with Journey’s Legacy Rescue for more info as he is in their care now.
