Princess Leia is a gem….. a sweet girl who wiggles all the time.
She is so lovely ♥️🙏🐾
Leia is currently living with 2 other male dogs, she is doing well with both. However it took months to acclimate her.
A daily walk/run helps with any excess energy she has.
She is meeting lots of people and has been great with all , except for a few males
She was abused by men in her previous environment
She is the most sweetest girl, just wants her people to love her up.
Leia is a Valley Bulldog and does have all the traits! Stubborn, high prey drive, and intense focus.
She can be active or lazy depending on her mood.
She adores sunshine and the outdoors.
A fenced yard is a must!
No farm or other animals, absolutely NO cats, perhaps a submissive male dog. She would prefer to be the only dog but certainly if another dog was good with her we would consider this.
Leia has been in rescue since May 5,23
Despite her injuries upon intake she doesn’t let them slow her down
It’s time her forever family found her….

Leia came in with a injured back leg. It was an older injury, broken patella. Had her see the ortho specialist to find out what he could do…. Then we found out she has a torn ACL as well. The specialist decided to leave her leg as it has been healing well without surgical help.
After a month in our wonderful medical fosters home Leia has started using her injured leg, she has put weight on and is now learning to trust people. We found out recently she has been abused, mostly by men but she is clearly leary and uncomfortable with new people. Her new people must be committed to helping her trust again. This could take some time……
This is heartbreaking 💔 she is a doll , need to find her own people to trust
There have been fundraisers to help with her vet visits, ortho specialists consults, food and medications.

She is going to be spayed June 20th , so another invoice for this.
